We analyse the links contained in these e-mails and note, for example, which links are clicked directly. This information is associated with specific user profiles. In this way, we can identify the categories that are of most interest to recipients of e-mails registered on our site. We use this information to personalise the content and advertising campaigns offered to visitors to the website and to e-mail recipients.

5 - DELETION

We will only process and store your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law or regulation to which we are subject. When the purpose of storage ceases to exist, or when a prescribed retention period expires, personal data is usually blocked or deleted in accordance with regulatory requirements. 7 - TARGETING

Data is collected for the purpose of optimising our promotions and the entire online offering using cookie technology. This data is not used to identify you personally, but is used solely for pseudonymous evaluation of website usage. Your personal data is never merged with any other personal data stored by us. This technique enables us to offer you relevant content (advertising or special offers and/or services). The aim is to make the offers we provide as attractive as possible, and to present you with products and services that correspond to your centres of interest.

You can block targeting at any time by refusing the cookies in question or by deactivating them in the browser menu bar (for more details, please see the "Cookies" article).

8 - RELAUNCH

Our websites may use so-called boosting techniques. These increase the relevance of the content presented to you. They also allow us to display personalised advertisements for you. We believe that this type of display, which takes account of your centres of interest, is more useful to you than impersonal advertising. The insertion of this advertising material on our partners' websites is made possible by the use of cookies and by an analysis of the user's previous behaviour. This form of advertising is entirely anonymous. Your personal data is never stored, and no user profile is merged with it.

You can block the reminder function at any time by rejecting or deactivating the corresponding cookies in the browser menu bar (see "Cookies" below).

9 - COOKIES

9.1 What are cookies?

Our website uses what are known as cookies. Cookies are pieces of information sent by our web server or third-party web servers to users' web browsers. This information is then stored in these browsers before being retrieved at a later date. They may take the form of small files or other information storage media.

9.2 Why do we use cookies?

Cookies are used to optimise the information and offers displayed on our website in order to improve your experience. They enable us to recognise visitors to our website. This recognition makes it easier for you to use our website. In addition, some of the analysis tools and online advertising services described below also use cookies.

9.3 What cookies do we use?

This website uses the following cookies:

  • Volatile witnesses
  • Permanent cookies
  • Anonymous cookies
  • Preference cookies
  • Performance cookies
  • Third-party cookies

Temporary cookies are automatically deleted as soon as you close the browser. These include session cookies. These store what is known as a session identifier, which enables various requests from your browser to be associated with the corresponding session. They enable your computer to be recognised when you return to the website. We use this type of cookie to ensure that our website functions correctly.

Permanent cookies remain on your hard drive even after the session has ended. These cookies enable us to make our offer more user-friendly. For example, you will be able to retrieve your basket the next time you visit.

Anonymous cookies, such as statistical cookies, do not provide us with any personal data. They collect and render information anonymously, enabling us to understand how visitors interact with web pages. Preference cookies memorise the behaviour or display parameters of a web page, such as your preferred language or the region in which you are located.

Performance cookies are used to gather information about how you use our services, so that we can improve them. For example, we use them to determine whether you have viewed a particular page.

We may also use the services of certain partners to make our website and other sites more relevant to your interests. This is why, when you visit our site, cookies from partner companies are stored on your hard drive (known as third-party cookies). To find out more about the use of third-party cookies, please consult the article "Internet analysis tools".

9.4 Refusal of cookies

Most browsers automatically accept cookies. If you do not wish to authorise them, you can set your browser to display the different options for setting cookies, and to consent to them only in certain cases. You can also set it so that no cookies are stored on your computer, or so that you receive an alert each time a new cookie is produced. Some browsers, for example, allow cookies from the site you are visiting, but block third-party cookies.

What's more, cookies that have already been installed on your device can be deleted at any time using your browser or other computer programmes. All standard web browsers offer this option. You can set your browser to refuse all cookies permanently.

10 - PIXELS, LOCAL STORAGE AND SIMILAR TECHNIQUES

We also use other techniques, such as pixel tags and local storage. We use these techniques where there is a legitimate interest in doing so, for example, to identify particularly popular features in order to provide users with a personalised experience and adverts.

Web beacons (also known as invisible pixels or web beacons) are small units of code inserted into a web page, mobile application or advertisement. These beacons are capable of extracting specific information relating to your browser and your device, in particular the operating system, the type of browser, the make and model of the device, the referring web page, the website visited, the IP address and other similar information.

We may use the following web beacons:

  • Bazaarvoice
  • Olapic
  • Facebook
  • Google Analytics
  • Google AdWords
  • Bing ads
  • Hotjar
  • Hubspot

We also use web beacons in our newsletter. Each newsletter sent provides information on the e-mail address used, the number of newsletters sent and their subject. This technique also makes it possible to identify the addresses that have not yet received the newsletter, those that have received it, and those for which the sending failed. We analyse the open, click and unsubscribe rates. This data is used to compile statistics that enable us to optimise the content and form of the newsletter. This enables us to tailor the information and offers in our newsletter more precisely to the specific interests of our recipients. The spy pixel is destroyed when you delete the newsletter. You can block the spy pixel from our newsletter. If you do so, please configure your e-mail program, if it is not already set up by default, to read messages in plain text (and not in HTML).

11 - INTERNET ANALYSIS TOOLS

11.1 Principles

Our website may use the functionalities of the following web analysis services:

  • Google Analytics
  • Google AdWords
  • Google DoubleClick
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Affilinet
  • Hotjar
  • Adform
  • Outbrain
  • Plista

11.2 Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. ("Google", 1600 Amphitheater Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA), on the basis of our legitimate interests (in particular the interests of analysing, optimising and profitably operating our online offering). Google uses cookies. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States . Google is certified as compliant with the Data Protection Shield, a scheme which ensures compliance with European data protection legislation. Google will process this information on our behalf for the purpose of evaluating your use of our website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to our website. In this context, pseudonymous user profiles may be created from the data processed. These user profiles are automatically deleted after 26 months.
You can block the collection of data generated by cookies and linked to your use of our online offer, as well as the processing of this data by Google, by clicking on the link below. Download and install the extension in your browser: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en. To find out more about how Google uses your data and how to maintain your settings, please visit the following Google websites: https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/partners (data processing by Google when you use websites or our application partners), http://www.google.com/policies/technologies/ads (use of data for advertising purposes), http://www.google.com/settings/ads (management of the information that Google uses to display ads to you).

11.3 Google AdWords

On the basis of our legitimate interests, we use the "Google AdWords" advertising programme, one of Google's online marketing services. Google AdWords places a cookie on your computer (the "conversion cookie") if you access our website via a Google ad. This cookie expires after 30 days and does not allow you to be identified. If you visit certain pages of our website before the cookie expires, we and Google are able to determine whether a visitor has clicked on the ad and been redirected to our site. Each advertiser is allocated a separate cookie. It is therefore impossible to trace cookies via the advertisers' websites. The information collected via the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords advertisers who have opted to track conversions. We do not obtain any personally identifiable information.

The information collected by the cookie relating to your use of this site is generally transferred to Google servers located in the United States, where it is stored. On the basis of the information collected, categories corresponding to your centres of interest are associated with your browser. These categories determine the type of advertising you receive.

We use the data about you that we collect through the cookie mentioned above (this is known as conversion tracking) for the following purposes:

  • Advertising relaunch
  • Targeting groups with similar interests
  • Personalisation of audiences with similar interests
  • Targeting groups of visitors who are ready to buy
  • Targeting similar audiences
  • Demographic and geographical focus.

11.4 Google DoubleClick

We use Google's DoubleClick functionality on our websites to evaluate their use and to enable us, Google and other advertisers working with DoubleClick to present relevant advertisements to the user. To this end, a cookie is stored on your computer's hard drive. When it is used, this cookie assigns your browser a pseudonymous identification number and records information about the ads that are displayed on your browser and those that you consult.
The information collected by the cookie about your use of the website is generally transferred to Google servers located in the United States, where it is stored. On the basis of the information collected, categories corresponding to your centres of interest are associated with your browser. These categories determine the type of advertising you receive.
If you wish, you can change your browser settings or permanently deactivate the DoubleClick cookie by installing a specific extension. This extension retains your deactivation settings for this browser, even if you delete all cookies. To download the permanent deactivation extension for your browser, please go to https://support.google.com/ads/answer/7395996

11.5 Google Tag Manager

Google Tag Manager is a service that allows marketing professionals to manage tags placed on websites via a single interface. We use Google Tag Manager to integrate Google's analysis and marketing services into our website and to operate them. The Tag Manager tool itself, which implements the tags, is a cookie-free domain that does not collect personally identifiable information. However, this tool triggers other tags which may collect data. Google Tag Manager itself does not have access to this data.

11.6 Affilinet

Affilinet is a service provided by Affilinet GmbH, Sapporobogen 6, 80637 Munich, Germany. Affiliation systems work on the principle of agency commission. Affiliation takes place on the web via a link. This affiliation link contains a special code uniquely associated with the affiliated publisher to enable the advertiser to identify it. In simple terms, this means that the advertiser can use the link containing the partner identifier to find out which publisher has redirected the customer. The affiliate receives a commission for every click made on advertising content ("Click"), for the transmission of qualified customer details ("Sales Contacts") and for every sale ("Sale"). Therefore, unlike the advertiser (who in this case is also the programme provider and operator), who offers goods or services, the affiliate acts as an interface between the advertiser and its potential customers.

Internet users who click on one of these affiliation links are redirected to the page of the corresponding advertiser. The parameters transmitted at the same time make it possible to attribute the sales generated to a specific affiliate publisher. This method is called tracking. Tracking by cookie, for example, enables you to associate a visitor with a cookie and track him. The cookies stored on the visitor's hard drive enable subsequent recognition and tracking (even in the event of delayed or interrupted interactivity). Cookie tracking is the most common method used in affiliate marketing to associate a person with an affiliate.

11.7 Hotjar

Hotjar is an analytics service provided by Hotjar Ltd (St Julian's Business Center, Elia Zammit Street, St Julian's STJ 1000, Malta, Europe). We use Hotjar in order to better understand our users' expectations and to optimise this service and its use. The Hotjar programme enables us to better understand our users' behaviour (in particular the time spent on a specific type of page, the links they choose to click on, what they like or dislike, etc.). We use this information, together with feedback from our users, to help us improve and maintain our services. Hotjar uses cookies and other techniques to collect data about our users' behaviour and devices, including IP addresses (captured and stored only in anonymous form), screen size, model (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and preferred language used for display on our website. Hotjar stores this information in an anonymous user profile. We and Hotjar will never use this information to identify individual users or associate it with additional user data. For more details, please consult Hotjar's privacy policy by clicking on this link.

You may refuse the creation of a user profile, the storage by Hotjar of data relating to your use of our site, and the use by Hotjar of tracking cookies on other websites by clicking on this link.

11.8 Adform

Adform is a service of Adform A/S (Wildersgade 10B, 1408 Copenhagen, Denmark). This service is used to track and manage online advertising campaigns where there is a legitimate interest in doing so.

Adform uses cookies which are stored on your computer, but which do not contain personal data such as your name, e-mail addresses or other personal information. These cookies contain technical information such as, for example, the frequency and date of display of advertising material, the browser used or the operating system installed. It is impossible to identify you personally using this procedure. Adform does not store complete IP addresses; the last byte is always omitted.

You can refuse the use of cookies for tracking purposes by clicking on the following link: https://site.adform.com/privacy-policy-opt-out. In doing so, an opt-out cookie will be stored on your device, telling our technical systems that in future no new data tracking or cookie storage is permitted.

11.9 Outbrain

This site uses the technology of Outbrain Inc ("Outbrain", 39 W 13th Street New York, NY 10011 USA). This technology enables us to target Internet users who have already been interested in our offers on the websites of our partners with advertisements or to collect data analysis concerning this same type of user. This technology is based on an analysis of user behaviour using cookies. This advertising will only appear on Outbrain; Outbrain Engage or Outbrain Extended Network. If you do not wish to see advertising targeted to your interests, you can deactivate this function here.

11.10 Plista

In order to offer interest-based advertising, plista evaluates information obtained on the usage behaviour of users of a website/application through its network of partners. This usage data is collected by plista using cookies and associated with a random identifier (cookie identifier) or transmitted to plista together with an advertising identifier (advertiser identifier or other identifier) by the relevant service provider (in mobile application environments).

To find out more about plista's privacy policy, visit :https://www.plista.com/about/privacy/. You can, of course, deactivate plista's interest-based advertising at any time by clicking on the following link https://www.plista.com/about/opt-out/ or by deactivating the "Ad tracking" function in the data protection settings on your device (for mobile applications).

11.11 Hubspot

HubSpot publishes software for marketing, sales and customer support teams. The HubSpot platform combines marketing, sales and customer service software with a CRM. The platform can be integrated with a wide range of third-party software.

To find out more about Hubspot's privacy policy, visit : https://legal.hubspot.com/fr/privacy-policy

12 - NETWORK EXTENSIONS AND FUNCTIONS SOCIAL

12.1 What are social network extensions?

Extensions are small programmes or software packages that allow you to adapt the software and add functions to suit your needs. Many applications, such as image-editing software, media players or web browsers, offer the functions required by the traditional user in their basic version. These programmes are becoming more and more flexible, offering the possibility of enhancing them by means of extensions or modules.

12.2 What extensions do we use?

On our website, we have generated links to our profiles on the following networks:

  • Facebook Inc, 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, United States
  • Instagram Inc, 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California 94025, United States
  • Twitter Inc, 1355 Market Street, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103, United States
  • Youtube, a service operated by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheater, Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States

When you click on a link to one of our social profiles, a direct connection is established between your browser and the server of the corresponding social network. The network is then informed that you have visited our website from your IP address and that you have activated the link. If you click on the link to access a network while logged in to your user account, the content of our page may be associated with your profile on the network. The network may then associate your visit to our website directly with your user account, and send us personal data such as name, e-mail address, location, list of friends and profile photo. This data enables us to offer certain functionalities on our pages. If you wish to prevent this transfer of data, you must log out before clicking on the links in question. An association is made in all cases if you connect to the network in question after clicking on the link.

If you connect to Facebook, Google or Instagram while visiting our website and are connected to your user account, the service provider in question may also link this visit to your user account page. If you interact with an extension, for example by clicking on the "Like" or "g+1" button, the corresponding information is also transmitted directly to a server of the service provider in the United States, where it is stored. This information is also published via your user account on the corresponding social network, and displayed there in a way that is visible to your contacts.

Even if you do not connect to the extension provider while visiting our website, the data collected by the extension may be associated with your user account. An extension installs a cookie with an identifier each time the web page is activated. Since your browser sends this unsolicited cookie each time you connect to a server of the service provider in question, Facebook, Google and Instagram could in principle create a profile showing which website the user associated with the identifier has activated. If necessary, it would then be possible to associate this identifier with a person at a later date, for example when connecting to the provider's site.

If you do not want the extension provider to associate this information with your profile, you must disconnect from these services before visiting our website. In addition, you can activate the "Block cookies from third-party providers" option in your browser settings, so that your browser cannot send cookies to the server of the social network in question. However, if you make this setting on your browser, other data-matching functionalities from other providers, in addition to extensions, may be deactivated.

For further information on the purpose and scope of data collection, as well as the processing and use of such data, please refer to the privacy policy of the service provider concerned, which can be consulted via the links below. You will also find additional information on your rights and options in terms of privacy protection, as well as your right to refuse the creation of user profiles.

13 - YOUR RIGHTS

You will find below the rights you have in relation to your data: access to information about the data held, rectification, deletion, restriction, transfer, refusal and revocation. If you believe that the processing of your data is in breach of data protection legislation or that your rights in this respect have not been respected, you may submit a complaint to the supervisory authority.

If you have any questions, suggestions or requests, please contact us at info@Imvestland .ch.

Please note that legislation requires certain data to be kept for a specific period. We are therefore obliged to retain such data until the expiry of that period. We lock this data in our IT systems and use it only to meet the requirements of the legislation.

14 - USE OF THE WEBSITE BY MINORS

This website is intended for adults. Minors are prohibited from providing us with information that could identify them, or from logging on to use our services. If we become aware of any such information in our databases, we will delete it immediately. The father, mother or legal guardian of the child is entitled to contact us to request the deletion of the data or the user account created. In this case, the person making the request must provide us with official proof of their status as parent or guardian.

15 - DATA SECURITY

We take all necessary technical and organisational precautions to protect your personal data.

16 - MODIFICATION OF THE CONFIDENTIALITY
